Humanitarian organizations use the SHERP UTV to transport food aid. The UTV has proven itself in off-road conditions and can carry up to 2,640 pounds of food.

The World Food Programme (WFP of United Nations)

The World Food Program is a world-class humanitarian organization that uses food aid to promote economic and social development in developing countries.
WFP won the “Best Transport Achievement of 2019” award for the SHERP project and was also awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2020.
WFP had previously used aircraft to transport food to inaccessible areas, and with SHERP they were able to reduce their transportation costs as well as increase the efficiency of overland transportation.

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an independent international organization for providing medical care to people affected by emergencies.
The organization works to provide medical assistance in areas of natural disasters, during epidemics, military conflicts… MSF has projects in more than 70 countries worldwide.
Requirements: off-road high cross-country vehicles for transportation of personnel and equipment to hard-to-reach areas, delivery of construction materials to prevent flooding of buildings during the rainy season, possibility of equipping vehicles with necessary equipment.
SHERP solutions: MSF is able to provide medical assistance even in the most remote regions thanks to the amphibiousness and high cross-country capability of the SHERP UTV.
